Video: Image not displaying on Saved work

Saved as a mp4 file because of simple animation. The video plays fine, However, the image does not displaying on saved work. I have tried copying and renaming. Still no success.

It would help to also see your whole project area, including layers and also an expanded timeline. What type of image is it, your own uploaded image or a stock image? Where should it be displayed?
