Video not downloading past 89%

I have created a few videos in the last 24 hours and I can't get any of them to fully download. It stalls at 89% and never finishes. Please help!

I'm getting the same error issue everytime my video project download hits 89%. I've tried logging out and in again to my Adobe account, clearing my cache, etc. I've tried to download a dozen times and it won't work for some unknown reason.

We're sorry for the delay. Are you getting any error messages? If so, can you share the screenshot of the message you're getting? Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? You can also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know how it goes.
