Video Previews No Longer Working

The video preview appears to be broken (For all functions including trim, resize, merge and editor) for Firefox and Chrome. It only takes the first frame and flickers when you play it; audio plays fine. The functions still work but without the preview you are doing it in the dark by audio cues.

Hello @TBD_1075 any chance you could share a screen recording to show the problem? Is this on desktop or mobile? Which browser are you using? Did it work and now has stopped working? How long is the video you are trying to edit?

 

There's lots of things can can be going wrong so more information would be helpful.

Hello! 

The broken video preview could be caused by too many cookies or cache. I would recommend clearing those, you can do so in your browser history. I hope this finds you well!
