Video Projects not saving in Adobe Express

Hello,


We have an Adobe for Enterprise account at our school. We have multiple classes of students using Adobe Express, which is web-based, and their video projects are autosaved. However, after working for an hour or so, when they log in later, they find their projects blank!

 

Steps I have had them try already:

1. Log into account using another device or web browser

2. Clear browser cache

3. Once file created, duplicate file to force an autosave before logging out (unfortunately, the duplicates they created were later found to be blank)

 

How can I make sure their projects save their changes?! I am recommending that all classes use different web-based software (Canva) because if Adobe Express cannot reliably return their projects the students are creating, I don't see the value of ANY of the functions and features of the software. I will also recommend NOT renewing our enterprise license.

Hi Tarun,

 

My ID is moharza@gmail.com . and the file name I was working on is Video Montaj MMMI2024 PartA. I can see a file with that name in the link you gave. However, it only contains 0.23 min of video while I have about 1.30 min of video when I suddenly see that the contents suddenly changed. The scenes shown was from the file I lost yesterday. I recreated how its happening again. When I clicked again on the file name even the ones I lost yesterday is not shown anymore. My file contains newly created scenes of between 2 to 6 seconds so just imagine how much work has gone into a 1.30 minute clip.

I have been loosing my video project the last 2 days..I have to recreate and just right now the lost video suddently appread in the file name that I was working on and I lost my latest work after laboring on it the whole day.  What is happening?
