Video stopping and glitching

Can you specify what type of video is glitching? Is it a template? Do you see an error message? Is it happening with every video project? Is it happening while playing the video in the app or after downloading it?

Can you give more details about what you were doing and send us a screenshot as we can see what you're experiencing? We need more details to help you.
