Video Won't Download

I have been trying for several days to download a video I made. I have tried it using four different browsers using a MacBook, PC, laptop, and my phone. I cannot get my project off of Express. I can see the file on my phone, but when I try to download it there, it ends up at 0KB. I've been trying for days to download it. Also, I am missing files in my projects folder as of this morning. I 've been working for weeks on this video. The message I keep getting is that Adobe is working on my project and it will be available to download soon. Please help!

Thank you so much. The Share option says basically the same thing ("We're working on your file. You'll be able to share it soon.") so I can't share it with you that way.
