After completing 100% nothing happens no download

I have the same issue on my iPad: The download progress bar reaches 100% and I get a confirmation message saying the video has downloaded to my camera roll, but nothing appears. CONSISTENTLY. My photo app permissions are properly configured, my iOS is up to date, I just updated to the most current version of Adobe Express, and I've done a hard reboot on my iPad, but I cannot download a video. Works fine on the browser version when I'm on my Mac, but Express is basically useless on my iPad and the browser version won't work on my iPad, so my workflow is really hindered.
