Videos are blank on Ipad

Hello,

I am an educator and I have been using Adobe Express(Spark Page) for a couple of years now. I have all of my lessons in this platform. I love how the Webpage looks and is easy to follow for students. It works for how I set up my Ceramics Lessons. 
As of reciently the videos that are in my lesson show up blank on my students Ipad. They work just fine on other devises just not on their Ipads. 
How do I fix this?

For now, use web-created files on the web and app-created files on the app. We're working actively on improving this, and we appreciate your patience!
