Videos larger than 11 MB fail to import + editor jitter

I’m unable to import video files larger than approximately 11 MB into my project. Smaller videos import normally, but larger files fail to import.  I also noticed some jitter/stuttering while working with video in the editor.  Expected behavior: Video files should import normally regardless of being slightly larger than 11 MB, and playback/editing should remain smooth.  This issue is reproducible with multiple video files.

    This isn't expected behavior and the threshold is well below Adobe Express's supported video file size.

    Could you share the following details so we can investigate further?

    • Device and OS
    • Browser and version
    • Video format/codec (e.g. MP4/H.264, MOV/HEVC)
    • Video resolution and file size
    • Whether the jitter happens with a simple project without video
    • Any error message shown during import

    As a quick test, try importing the same video in Incognito/Private mode or a different browser. If possible, also try an H.264 MP4 version of the video to rule out a codec-related issue.

    A screen recording showing the import failure and editor jitter would also be helpful.

    Once we have these details, we can investigate this further.
