Hello, for all my files, as soon as I try to reopen them from the website, I get a "Error 404" message. How can I fix this issue?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. A “404” error typically means the file link is broken, expired, or the file has been moved or deleted. Please sign in at https://adobe.ly/4oyrdcu and check your Work, Synced files, and Deleted. If you are using a saved link, try opening the file directly from your account. Clearing your browser cache or trying another browser may also help.

If the problem persists, please share the file names and dates, along with your Adobe ID, so we can investigate promptly.
