voice over and download

My voice over shows but will no longer play back. My file will not download and it's been all day. the program tells me it is working on file and can't download

Did you get any answers? Mine is doing the same thing. The Wav File for the voice is still there but it won't play.

 Along with  "We noticed your project has a file upload in progress. Please wait until the file has finished uploading."
