Voiceover option has disappeared from desktop and mobile beta

Enterprise license (may be the issue, but why?)
Tested on Mac in both Chrome and Safari browsers, as well as the beta mobile version (iOS)

Voiceover button has disappeared (briefly reappears when you refresh the page (see attached pics)

Colleague has tested on pc and it is still there functionally

Hey @al.briggs , feel free to add a voiceover in presentations as a feature request here: https://adobeexpress.uservoice.com/

Thanks!Andy

Hi David, I've done some more digging, and it's only when you've selected presentation as the document format that voiceover does not appear. Not sure if this is a bug, or an intentional functinality choice. It would be incredibly useful to have voiceover capability, as we use Express extensively in higher education - creating a presentation with image and animation is a fantastic feature, but adding a voiceover is something that we have heard on multiple occasions from our students (and staff) as something that would be equally beneficial.

Hi @al.briggs

I tested from my Mac and it was able to record okay.

A few troubleshooting things you might want to check
- Does the microphone show as available and receiving a signal within the System preferences > Sound > Input?

- Are you able to record in the browser outside of Express? You would need to allow it access to the mic but you could test here: https://online-voice-recorder.com/

Thanks,
Dave
