Waiting in Queue

The last few days I have left Adobe Express after 20 minutes or so after sitting at waiting at the "waiting in queue" message. This only started recently. I have a paid account. What is going on?

Hi Gregory,

 

Sounds like you are trying to access the new Beta version of the Adobe Express mobile app.

There is indeed a waitlist for that (see https://helpx.adobe.com/express/using/express-mobile-beta-faq.html#basics)

 

But the regular version of Adobe Express (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/adobe-express-graphic-design/id1051937863) should still work as before.
