Waiting in queue

When I try to use any features, such as convert to gif, after the video is uploaded, it says waiting in queue and spins endlessly. Previous thread answers talking about some beta version are not applicable. I've checked my browser version and have tried firefox, edge, and chrome. Why does Adobe express suddenly have no functionality?

    I have the same problem as was reported on April 10, 2024 and as late as Sep 4 2024.  When will we have an answer?

      Yea, exact same issue here. MOV to mp4 endless queue. I have great internet connection and google chrome cache and coockies cleared.

        Hello, 

         

        I am having the same issue when I attempt to convert .MOV files to Mp4. I have cleared my cookies and the file is still waiting in "queue."
