Hi @music_6002, This isn't expected behavior!

Can you download other project types (PDF, JPG, PNG) without issues? Is the problem specific to this MP4 project, or does it affect all video projects? Do you see any error messages? Also, which browser are you using? Is it one of the recommended ones (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari)? Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies to see if that helps?

If possible, share a screen recording of the workflow with any error message if available, it will help us understand the issue and the workflow better for further investigation.
