I tried to edit a specific file, however I’ve got a following error message at specific page.

The same happens when you copy the page from another file and run it.

The same error occurs in various browsers(privacy mode too), mobile apps, and other PCs(clear cache/cookies).

Could you please help me out?

      i keep getting this message across multiple devices all Mac i have tried in safari and chrome  and tried all the suggestions regarding clearing cache etc

        Hi,

         

        I am having problem with my project, it was working fine some time ago but now when I am trying to edit it, I am geting the error UUID: 713848de-74a5-4c95-a140-7a7b700fab02. 

         

        I tried duplicating the project, it did not help. I also tried different browsers, did not work as well.

        Can you please help me with the issue? I need access to this project urgently.

          Hello,

           

          Could you please help me with an error I’m experiencing when trying to access files in Adobe Express? I have signed out of Adobe, cleared my browser cache, tried a different browser, restarted my PC, and the error still persists. The pop-up window shows the following:

           

          "An unexpected problem has occurred. Try refreshing the page or return to the home page.

          UUID: c3f0d89a-90ea-4c1a-996f-00208472c797"

          Hello Adobe

          I'm facing the very same problem as @teezy_2222 and @Jansen5D3A . I have multiple files, where whenever I try to load the files to edit them, I get the very same "Something Went Wrong" error. I am facing this error on adobe.express.com as well as new.adobe.express.com
          Even when trying to use Adobe Express in a private problem, I am facing this error. I hope you can fix this soon.

          Hi Adobe, 

          Could anyone tell us what is going on? I'm having the same problem as @teezy_2222 . There is not outage announcement for Adobe Express (https://status.adobe.com/) at the moment.
