I'm unable to create new or retrieve Brands already created.  I've tested in Chrome, Edge, and the Express App.  I had a similar issue in the past and it was resolved inadvertantly by adjusting my 3rd party settings in Chrome. 

I've tested trying to access my Brands from new projects, exisiting projects, 2 browsers, and the macOS App.  Nothing.

Hey @MagicApproach, Welcome to our Adobe Express Community! 

 

I tried reproducing this on multiple browsers and devices (all that you mentioned), and it worked fine. Can you please retry once after confirming that all browser extensions/plugins are disabled and clearing their cache/cookies? You may also want to try from an incognito/private browsing mode and switching to a different internet connection to see if that makes any difference. 

 

Also, what happens when you enter any text under 'Your Brand Name' and hit create? Can you share a screen recording of the workflow with this error pop-up? It will help us investigate the issue.
