Web page created with Adobe Express running slow on mobile browsers

I have noticed for some time a problem relating to the "Web Page" resource. After publishing on the web and generating the link, if you open it on a mobile device it is as if you were browsing in slow motion mode. The same does not occur from a fixed device. The issue occurs on different mobile devices with different operating systems and multiple browsers. Thank you.

Hi David__B.

I tested with Huawey P20, Redme Note 12, Redme Note 8, Samsung S23.

My connection is very fast. (856.29 Mbps/289.53)

I tested with wifi connection and with cellular connection.

Provider: Iliad, Tim, Vodafone Italia.

If you scroll bottom to top the page is refreshed.

Can you check it?

Thank you.

Hi @default355348961ftar9

I tested it on my iPhone in Chrome and Safari, and your webpage loaded fine. I'm connecting through my home network on wifi. Webpages are somewhat bandwidth-intensive. That could be an explanation if you used a cellular service with a weak connection or signal strength.

If you run this test on the mobile device, what download speed does it show that you have?
https://www.speedtest.net/

Even if that is good, it could still be some speed issue related to connecting to our server, but it would still be a good test. It could also be something Android-specific too; I'll see if I can have an Android user test.

Hi default355348961ftar9,

Thank you for your patience.

I haven't been able to replicate this issue.

Please share one of your links with me so I can investigate this further.

How can I make my mobile browser faster?

If you've not tried, clear your browser history and website data, restart the app and mobile, and ensure you have a stable network connection, which is also helpful.

Please let me know how things are going, as I'm here to support you in any way I can, and looking forward to hearing from you.
