Web Pages not Saving & Loading Web Pages is Slow and Buggy

I am a teacher and a former Adobe Education Leader, I have been using Adobe Express for my classes; mostly web pages for Portfolio purposes. For months now I have a handful of students where it won't save as they add items to the page and if they get their page to work and save, it can also not load completely or take minutes to load the page. I am not 100% sure if I am seeing the correct versions of their page when I am grading. I am about to abandon Express completely and try other services. PLEASE HELP AND ADVISE!

    We're sorry to hear about this. Are they getting any error messages? If so, could you please share a screenshot of the error?

    Did they try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Can you ask them to try on incognito mode? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.
