Webpage Link will not Update

I have recreated a webpage in adobe express and when I click to share, then publish to web and create a link....a blank white box pops up with no link. It also will NOT offer the option to update link with changes when I add material.

I am having the same issue. I white box appears but no link. Did you ever figure this out? thanks
