webpage refresh

Since the new look and feel, it appears that the links are not getting updated although I republish the link and yet it gives me the same link and the previous version of the content NEW link - https://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/design/urn:aaid:sc:EU:da71ed0b-be6a-4f4e-a1d1-1738dcd65614 as saved in browser - and this is the old link https://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/uzAYRMv6PUSKh Also the images of the links do not appear as you can see in the screenshot attached
