Webpage with Photos

I opened a webpage in order to upload a couple photos to it, but when I tried to upload the photos from my desktop they didn't appear and it didn't indicate it was loading or working on it at all. I tried both selecting them on the website and dragging them from my desktop. I tried restarting my computer and converting them from JPEG to PNG but that didn't work either.
