Webpage won't publish: error 500

NONE of my webpages will publish.  I keep getting an error message: Publish API response: 500 internal server area.  

 

I've tried troubleshooting with chat but keep getting disconnected with no resolution.

 

This is negatively impacting my ability to run my business.

 

Please help.
