Website link claims to save in the Pinterest scheduler but does not.

My issue is that the scheduler isn't saving the link after I add it to my pin. It shows as saved, but once I exit and return, the link is gone. I've tried repeating the process several times, and the link is always missing, although the image and description remains. I've tested it on Chrome, Firefox, and the iPhone app, and the result is the same. I've tested several different links to see if it's a formatting issue but it hasn't resolved. I've had to cancel all my upcoming scheduled pins.

My work around right now is to duplicate one of the Pinterest posts that saves the links and edit that post to the new content. It's a pain, but it will have to do until they fix the bug.

Hi @topview11401987,

Thanks for sharing your experience with the Pinterest scheduler issue. Currently, duplicating a post that successfully saves the link and then editing it is a helpful workaround.

We recommend keeping your Adobe Express app updated, and if possible, try clearing your cache or switching browsers to improve performance.

If the problem persists, please reach out — we're here to help find a better solution!

I have the exact same problem. A few posts are able to save the link, but most do not. I don't do anything out of the ordinary. Upload image, choose board, paste in description and title. I am also on a mac. Seems that when it does save, it is all within the same post subject.

Hi @Celestial_Eagle5E46

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties with the app. Would it be possible to share some screenshots of the steps you're going through and the result when you try, too? I'd like to report the issue, but having screenshots will help me show others how to reproduce the issue.

Thanks,
Dave
