Website link creation not working

I need to create a link for a website I made but when I press share > publish to web > create link the box to continue the publishing process is too low on the screen for me to be able to interact with it. I've tried zooming in and out, using tab to select buttons, ctrl+a, and even using inspect element to view it but none of it works.

I afterwards found out that it was likely a message saying that there were images used that I couldn't publish the website with but I could not read the text on that box, I was able to publish it after replacing the images. But the issue still remians that the text box was unreadable due to the position on screen.
