I can open and close the file, but when I open the file, the error message comes up. so I go through a loop of opening the file closing the file open the file closing the file. I have rebooted my devices both devices that I use Adobe express on for this file and now I can open it and it doesn't come up with a the error message until I try to play the video and then when I play the video that's when the error message pops up

Hey @Tamara_Stolpe6830, Thanks for sharing the information. A couple of quick checks to help us narrow this down:

Does the error appear with one specific file or across all files?
Have you tried working on the file via a desktop browser?
Can you share the project ID with us so we can check this on our end?

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Does refreshing make any difference? Are you able to close and reopen the file. Is this error appearing when you try to perform a specific process, i.e. download?
