What I design gets not exported in PDF correctly

Hello,

 

I designed a business card with Adobe Express but when I want  to download it in any PDF format provided by Adobe Express, the main logo gets resized, being smaller than in the actual design. This error is not present when I export the design as a .png file.

Can anyone help with this problem? Thanks!

Iam already using Google Chrome and did your suggested procedure. The problem still remains.

Dear @mahmoud_5524 ,

thanks for your fast reply. I tried again opening the webapp, but the porblem is still there. please find attached screenshots of the problem:

the first screenshot shows how it should look and looks in Adobe Express. The second one shows the PDF export. independant of which export format I have choosen for PDF. As said, with PNG export the problem is not present.

Welcome to the community! Thanks for sharing the screenshots. Could you please try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

Hey Benjamin,

Thanks for reaching out! I understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t export the way you expect. Please try the following steps:

  1. Check Your PDF Export Settings
    When you’re ready to export, try selecting the "High-Quality Print" option (if it's available). This will ensure your design doesn’t get compressed or scaled down. Avoid using “Optimized” or “Standard” presets, which can sometimes mess with the resolution.

  2. Double-Check Your Design
    Ensure your canvas size is set to the standard business card dimensions (3.5 x 2 inches at 300 DPI). Also, take a quick look at your logo’s size and position in the editor to make sure it’s perfect before exporting.

  3. Try Using Adobe Express on a Desktop
    Sometimes the web version handles things like vector elements better, so give it a try by logging in to Adobe Express on a desktop browser and exporting your file there.

  4. Update or Reinstall the App
    Make sure you’re using the latest version of Adobe Express. If you haven’t already, check for updates in your app store. If that doesn’t fix the issue, try reinstalling the app to clear out any glitches.

If the problem keeps happening, could you share a screenshot of your design in the editor (showing the correct logo size) and another of the exported PDF with the resized logo? Also, if you could tell me your device model and OS version, it would help our technical team investigate further.
