When attempting (idk if it's just me) to drag a layer via touchscreen on mobile, the layers instantly snaps back into the position it was before as if you never touched it

Can you confirm if force-closing > restarting or re-installing Adobe Express app fixes this? 

You can also try a workaround - use the Position/Alignment controls to move the layer instead of dragging it or holding the element directly instead from the layer section.  

If the issue persists please share:

• Your device model and OS version.
• Whether this happens with all layers or only specific types.
• Whether it happens across different projects. 

A short screen recording of the behavior will help us the most, to see what you're experiencing and help us investigate it.
