When editing video the scroller moves to the begining

I'm editing a video and every couple of seconds the scroller goes back to the beginning of the video and I have to scroll back to the section I'm working on

I edited a video, but the scroller didn't go back. Are you editing from a template? Can you share a walk-through video of your steps showcasing the error? Can you refresh the page or change the browser? Clearing the caches might help.
