When I click on one file it opens another

Everytime I try and open one of my files it opens a different one. Its now impossible to open the file I want to open.

I'm sorry you are having this issue. Just to fully understand the issue, when you click a file, a different file opens? Does this only happen with one file or all files? Is the original file multi-page? I would try to clear your cache first. If that doesn't work, can you share a recording or screenshot of the issue?
