When I click the icon to start a new project and select the size, the next page never loads

    thanks for the reply. But I just uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it worked fine. Agin, I really appreciate you even replying.

      Thanks for confirming@Charismatic_Raindropae1c!  You can drop a post here whenever you face any issues with the app. Someone from Adobe or other community members would definitely help you out.

      Hi ​@Charismatic_Raindropae1c! Have you tried opening Adobe Express in an Incognito/Private window or a different browser to see if the editor loads after selecting the project size? You can also try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and then signing in again.

      If the issue persists, please share your device, OS, browser and version, and let us know whether this happens with all project sizes or only a specific one.

      A screenshot or screen recording of what happens after selecting the size would also help us investigate further.

      Once we have these details, we’ll be able to investigate this further. Please share your observations here when you get a chance.
