1. Open express mobile app on android on pixel 10 pro xl

2. Open a project

3. Click one of the images or add an image

4. Click auto enhance button

Actual: App crashes, and I can't go back to the same project anymore even if I open the app again, app crashes whenever I open that project

Expected: Auto enhance works, at least not crash the project.

    Hi @TheRealOZ,

As we haven’t heard from you. Can you please let us know if you’re still experiencing this issue? If so, could you please try the following and let us know:

    • Update your device to the latest OS version (if not already updated)
    • Restart your device after the update
    • Reopen Adobe Express and check if the issue still occurs

    Regards,

    Tarun

    Hi @TheRealOZ,

Thanks for your patience, and apologies for the delay. This isn’t the experience we want you to have.

To help us investigate further, could you please confirm the exact version of Adobe Express installed on your Pixel 10 Pro XL, and whether your Android OS is fully up to date? Also, does this occur only with new projects, only with existing projects, or with both? Are you seeing any error messages before or after the crash?

In the meantime, please try clearing the app cache from your device settings and signing out of the app, then signing back in. If the issue is tied to a specific project, you can also try duplicating the project and let us know if that changes the behaviour.

    Regards,

    Tarun
