When I port a video into Adobe express, it is blurry.

Despite the video itself being high quality, when I try to upload it through adobe express it turns low quality.

Here is the path I go through (in case you need it):

-I start on the home page and click the blue "+" button

-Under the "create" menu I click "upload media"

-I select the video I want to edit

-I click "create new" then "youtube video"

-It comes out blurry/low quality

Any help would be appreciated.

Adobe anything here? I've been experiencing the same thing for years now...

Hi @nellygretsch,

We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and restarting the browser and try again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV

If that doesn't work, can you share the video with me via private message? Private messages should be accessible from the envelope in the top right corner. This should be the direct URL -  https://community.adobe.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage

Regards,

Tarun

Running into similar issues with video quality being severely degraded when uploading to any Express project.

Simialr issue here. I would upload a clip, it seemed like it was loading ok, upload another, and then go back to look at the first and it was blurry. Thought it was my internet connection..nope. On download it's blurry. 😞
