When I try to import the PSD file, Adobe Express does not accept it. This issue is slowing me down significantly.

    Hi ​@IuriQuevedo, thanks for reporting this here!

    Could you let us know which browser and version you're using? It would also help if you could test the same workflow in another supported browser, such as Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox, and let us know the results.

    Additionally, can you confirm whether this happens with all PSD files or only a specific one?

    In the meantime, please take a look at the articles below, which cover PSD import support, supported workflows, and file requirements in Adobe Express:

    If the PSD still isn't importing after reviewing those requirements, please share the PSD file (if possible), along with a screen recording of the workflow.

    Thank you so much for your response. The problem occurred when I tried to import PSD or PNG files. I ended up switching browsers. I was only using Chrome, but now I’m using Safari, and it worked!🙌🏻
