The video I created cannot be downloaded and cannot be shared on WhatsApp, instead it displays an error message, "You can't share this video, try a different video". What could be wrong with the video that I created?

Kindly advise and assist.

Frustrated.

Hi @Enchanted_protector98A7.

This issue might be related to the file format, size, or encoding of the video. Here are some steps to resolve the problem:

  1. Check the Video Format: Ensure the video is in a WhatsApp-supported format, such as MP4. Adobe Express typically exports in MP4, but double-check the file extension.

  2. Verify File Size: WhatsApp limits video uploads to 16 MB for direct sharing. If the video is larger, compress it using Adobe Express.

  3. Check Video Resolution and Length: Very high resolutions or long videos might not be compatible with WhatsApp. Consider reducing the resolution or trimming the video.

  4. Re-export the Video: Sometimes, re-exporting the file in Adobe Express can fix encoding issues. Ensure you use the recommended settings for social sharing.

Let us know how it goes. Thanks ^CA
