When I use numeric keyboard when creating a custom size it vanishes.

When I use my Microsoft full sized keyboard with the number pad on the right side to create a new design with a custom size using the numbers, the menu vanishes. I have to use the numbers on the top of my keyboard.

To help you further, could you please share the screen recording of the issue? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that makes any difference.
