white blink in the video

when I download the edited video, it appers a white blink between the scenes I created.

One thing to check - and I had this problem myself - Increase the zoom view of the timeline to its highest and scroll along your video, You might notice blank frames at the beginning or end of each scene and that's what causes the flashing.
