White flashes in animation

Every time I export an animation from express it adds a random white flash before every scene instead of a steady transition from one scene to the next. I have tried it with multiple effects and the result is the same

Hello! I've had this problem myself. Increase the zoom view of the timeline to its highest and scroll along your video, You might notice blank frames at the beginning or end of each scene and that's what causes the flashing. Also, if you have different layers with animation and they don't all finish at the same time you may get other randon flashing.
