WHY CANT I EXPORT MY WORK ADOBE

HOW COME I CAN EXPORT BLANK DOCUMENTS BUT WHEN I ADD WRITTING OR GRAPHICS TO MY WORK ON ADOBE EXPRESS IT WONT LET ME DOWNLOAD IT, THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL I'D PAY FOR A SERVICE LIKE THIS.

We apologize for the frustration; this isn't how Adobe Express is supposed to work, and it shouldn't be happening.

Can you please specify the platform you're working on? Is it the web browser on any desktop device, iOS, Android mobile, or tablet device? Do you get any error messages when downloading the project? Does the download fail for all the projects or project types (PNG, JPG, MP4, or PDF) or just this specific one? 

Would it be possible for you to share a screen recording of the workflow with the download failure so we can investigate on this? 

 

Meanwhile, if you're working on a desktop browser, then I'd recommend you try working on other recommended browser among Edge, Chrome, Safari or Firefox. You can also try clearing the cache/cookies of your browser to see if that makes any difference.
