Why is Adobe CROWDSOURCING their tech support?

I'm really HATING that you've forced me to use the new Adobe Express on the PC, especially since it's still not working properly.
Something as simple as repositioning or rezooming a background? Can't be done. You just have to deal with it as the site wants to. Unless you edit the picture first to fit EXACTLY how you want it to before importing it as your background.
Want to replace the background image with another? Can't do it without first detaching is as a background first. Why are you adding ridiculous steps in for no reason?
Overall the new Adobe is so many steps behind the original, I'm considering cancelling my ENTIRE Adobe subscription and use a different editor as it's just unusable.

Also... to add in - why don't Adobe have their own technical team dealing with bugs, rather than outsource the troubleshooting to their customers to work it out themselves?
