Your adobe express platform will not work unless conneced to a 5G network - it wont let me use my hotspot to work.  Unlike Canva which does.

 

Secondly it uses so much of the prcoessor that it is very noticable.  Compared to opening an adobe app on my computer such as Ai - it sucks the life out of the pc, while your apps dont move the needle.

 

Fix it.

the issue is not 4g or 5g it is network stability, if you are in an area where network is unstable it will take time to load, so its better to go for a stable internet.
