won't close

Sorry for the short post: Here’s more detail

Adobe Express will not go away
It will not task end, close or is able to be right-clicked: exit/close/shutdown
It’s a lingering task

Yes, I’ve removed it from start up apps, and that fixes it when I restart. But… when I use the application, it goes back to not being able to close again until I restart.
