Won't download

It won't download my video. The pop-up box after its getting ready does not appear. I also can't click browse your device to upload the screenshot which shows that it isn't working.

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
