Won't upload

This is the first time I am using this app on my android and every time I try to upload a picture to edit it it just keeps reloading.

Thank you for responding back to me. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the app and I have taken a screen recording but I am not sure how to upload it to you on here

You can try uploading the screen recording here as a community message or community DM. If that doesn't work, you can also share it as a Google Drive link.

This shouldn't be happening. Can you please confirm the make and model of your device? We'd also like to know the installed OS and the Express app version details. 

 

Here are some basic troubleshooting steps that you'd need to try, and share observations with us to investigate this issue:

  • Switching to a different internet connectivity to see if that makes any difference. 
  • Working on the app after restarting the device.

If the issue persists, please share a screenrecording of the workflow with us.

Also, please ensure that the app and the device OS are updated to their latest official version.
