You have X missing photos that should be replaced (again and again and again and again and again...)

I used to use Adobe Express in the course I teach to have students learn that they can use a tool in the cloud to create a professional looking web page with very little technical knowledge. However last Spring semester (May 23) the tool proved to be unreliable and I had to excuse students from using it. I noticed in this forum that many others experienced (and reported) the same issues as my students (and I) found.

Now I've come back 6 months later and to my surprise the tool behaves in the same useless manner. I also see a steady stream of posts here where the Adobe tech support staff act niaive to the issues. Rest assured I will be creating a video documenting the issue along with screen shots of the months of related bug posts and then submitting it to Indiana University's IT leadership with recommendation that they cancel the subscription or demand a refund as there is no way 6 months to have such basic product features failing is an appropriate SLA.

I'm amazed this product is still exposed live to the public in this state. It can't be doing anything other than to be tarnishing the reputation of Adobe by making people angry.

Hi @Brian31705372fgy6,

Apologies for the late response and also for the frustration & difficulties you faced with the new Adobe Express. Do you still see the issue? Are you getting any error messages? Which browser are you using?

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.

Also, try restarting your computer.

From Windows browser: Ctrl + Shift + Delete

From Mac browser: Cmd + Shift + Delete

Hard refresh: Ctrl / Cmd + F5 or Ctrl/Cmd + R.

Please let us know if this helps. It also helps us with a screen recording of the workflow to investigate further.

Thank you,

Neelam
