You're out of space - Adobe Express

I can't Publish project when i use Webpage , 

the error is this : You're out of space // Your storage is full. Remove files to free up space or buy more storage to keep creating .

 

but is not true , i have free space , 

 

i have already speak with chat support 3 times ,

the 2 ppl of 3 have LEFT THE CHAT AND LEAVE ME ALONE .

and the last one can't help me .

There are quite a bit of Adobe products that can easilly eat up your free space.   You use Adobe Photoshop Elements Web? That takes up space, it can take up a lot of space.  Adobe express? Yup, that takes up space, you even edit a temeplate for 10 seconds? Yup, it takes up space. 

Many users have gotten the "out of space" message, even I have- and it was entirely my fault- I had no idea that  some adobe products were syncing to my cloud account (the cheap 20GB one) and hoggin up space.

Please provide a screenshot like what I did below to show how much space you do have available.
