This is a personal account and it was working before. Why is this happening? Also, I am getting a "we're working on your file" error any time I try to download now

This is a personal account oln my personal PC. It has nothing to do with admin permissions on Gdrive. I'm also getting certain files where aspects are completely missing from my saves and do not even look like the thumbnails now. For example, here is one thumbnail of a previously saved file and what it looks like when I open the file.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Can you share a screen recording of the issue? Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
