"Your stuff" and other tabs not working.

Hi there, 

 

I appear to be having similar issues to other users, but have not seen a fix yet. 

 

When using the Adobe Express Windows desktop application, not via a third-party browser,  and from the home screen, the tabs, "Home," "Your stuff" and, "Brands," when clicked-on do not show anything. They just present a white screen, with no indication anything is loading. The, "Templates," "Schedule," "Learn," and "Add-ons," all work as intended. 

 

So far, I have tried logging out and back in multiple times (this too has issues when using different browsers), uninstalling (twice) and reinstalling, clearing cookies from the app and using with a VPN on and off. None of these attempts have created any different result.  

 

When I use this application from my iPhone, it works flawlessly.

Hi Tarun,

 

Nope. No error messages, irregular issues, or eventually timing out. The program is already being run without any sort of firewall.

We're sorry to hear about this. Do you see any error messages or specific behaviours when accessing these tabs? Try disabling the firewall and see if that helps.
