Thank you again for your patience - we've been looking into this with our engineering team and have a couple of follow-up questions that would really help us understand the issue better:

1. Is this a new issue? Roughly when did you first notice the jitter behavior on your iPad Pro? Was it working correctly before a recent update?
2. Can you navigate between files using the iPad touchscreen (without the Magic Keyboard) as a workaround in the meantime?

Thank you so much for the screenshot and recording - these are really clear and exactly what our team needs.

Just to confirm what we have so far:

- Device: iPad Pro 13" M5, iPad Air (no issue)

- OS: iPadOS 26.4.2

- Input: Magic Keyboard (巧控鍵盤), two-finger swipe between files

- Issue: Files jitter/shake in place instead of scrolling smoothly - only on iPad Pro, not iPad Air

- Web version: Currently showing a version compatibility error

We appreciate your patience while we get both of these in front of the right teams.
