500+ old Substance Material Points forever gone????

It seems like the Substance Material library has completely disappeared, and all 500 material points have also vanished. I had an Indie subscription and an older version of the Steam permanent license. Everything has disappeared, and I kindly request a restoration.

In September 2022 the older Substance/Allegorithmic accounts disappeared to be replaced by Adobe accounts as they were more future-proof. 
Before this there were emails since february 2022 I think to let users know, as it was possible to transfer points from an old account to an Adobe one under some conditions.
If you have not done this at the time unfortunately it is not possible anymore to get back the list of licensed assets and remaining download points automatically.
Can you please write to contact@substance3d.com ? They will let you know what is possible to do!
